Pafra AquaPAL® 9510 is a versatile cost effective PVA adhesive with a very fast grab which is easy to clean and offers good mileage. It has been designed for the corrugated packaging, bag manufacture and tube winding markets.
For corrugated packaging it suitable for application via wheel, extrusion and ball valve. Its fast grab makes it suitable for general manufacture of plain paper products.
AquaPAL® 9510 is used in paper bag making for both side seams, applied by wheel or ball valve, and bottom seams applied by stencil.
The very fast wet grab of this product makes it ideal for reducing tailing in tube winding at high speeds. Cascade applicators must be adjusted to obtain optimum coat weight allowing maximum machine speeds. It is only suitable for applications where water content is not important.
