AkzoNobel 1205 resin, when used with 2580 hardener, is a thermoset UF resin system with a short pot life and press time. It is mixed in a ratio of 100:20 (Adhesive to Hardener) by weight.
Pot life of combined product at a range of temperatures:

Press Time in Minutes at different temperatures and Distance in mm from innermost glue line to heated plate.:

In order to meet the given press times the temperature of the wood must not be below 20°C / 68°F.
Needs no after curing time, can be processed directly after pressing.
