Light curable masking material that provides excellent surface protection of rough or porous components during mild to moderate surface finishing processes. This flexible, high adhesion mask is ideal for protecting steel, aluminum, titanium, cobalt, and other commonly used metals in the aerospace and medical implant industries. After processing, it is easily removed by peeling

  • Cures in seconds when exposed to high-intensity light
  • Can be easily removed with warm water soak at 60 C for a few minutes

Curing: Seconds when exposed to high-intensity UV or Visible light

Viscosity:  Thixotrophic paste
