Tuskbond HD20, previously branded as Sterling Heavy Duty is a multipurpose aerosol adhesive which does not contain any CFC’s but more importantly does not contain Dichloromethane (also known as Methylene Chloride) which most solvent based adhesives do. This substance is a Class III carcinogen.
Tuskbond HD20 bonds a wide variety of substrates including carpets, wood, concrete, stone, tiles, rubber, foam, metals, rigid plastics, polyethylene, canvas fabrics, cardboard, paper and cork.
Tuskbond HD20 is ideal for fixing polyethylene sheeting for enclosures prior to asbestos removal, for fixing thermal insulation, and for packaging applications such as palletising or case sealing. It may be used for foam bonding, upholstery, automotive, carpets, roofing applications and trimming. It is also useful for temporary bonding instead of double sided tapes.
