The Bondchem M400 series is based upon a new generation of two component structural methacrylate adhesives with increased adhesion and a toughened flexibility. Once mixed, this system cures rapidly to form a tough and flexible bond with high peel, fatigue and impact strength, even at low temperatures. This products offers high elongation and superior adhesion.
Bondchem M400 series products are very versatile, and can bond a wide variety of substrates without the need for surface primers or conditioners. Should the surface require additional adhesion and temperature resistance the P100 primer offers a further advancement to the level of adhesion required.
M440-05 has an Open Time of 3-4 Minutes and allows for handling in 6-8 Minutes.
Bondchem M400 series is supplied in a 1:1 mix ratio package and is available in 25ml, 50ml and 400ml PBT cartridges. ECT Adhesives also supply the relevant dispense equipment for these products.
