Location: Clonshaugh, Dublin (hybrid working options after the initial period)

We offer a comprehensive range of products and services, including adhesive solutions, dispensing solutions, light curing solutions, substrate bonding trials, chemical analysis, technical support, plus process and line support.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within distribution or manufacturing industries. You will be responsible for managing a telephone sales area of existing and targeted customers to achieve budgeted sales revenue and margin.

You will also be managing our website and marketing campaigns through creating targeted emails and social media posts in conjunction with our Marketing team and outsourced service partner.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Manage a telephone sales area to achieve budgeted sales targets.
∙Cold call potential customers in agreed markets.
∙Support field sales with day-to-day customer issues like quotations, data sheet requests and customer queries.
∙Maintain and update CRM systems to track leads, interactions, and sales opportunities.
∙Collaborate with our external marketing partner on marketing material for email and social media campaigns and management of our website.

Ideal Candidate:

∙Has a minimum of 3 years’ experience in telephone sales and account management.
∙Holds a marketing qualification and has experience in creating engaging social media and marketing campaigns.
∙Is competent in using Microsoft software and CRM systems, ideally with experience using Zoho CRM.
∙Is familiar with design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), WordPress, some knowledge of Google Analytics would be an advantage.
∙Is a fluent English speaker and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∙Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
∙Has a full clean driving license.
