Due to our rapid growth and expansion, ECT Adhesives are seeking to recruit an energetic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing professional to help us implement our current ongoing strategies in these fields. This will involve developing sales with new accounts in addition to managing and further developing opportunities with an existing loyal customer base. The role will also involve a high degree of responsibility for the administration and implementation of the company’s overall marketing strategy.
This role will be a perfect blend of Company Marketing Management coupled with Face to Face Sales visits within the defined territory.
Requirements of the Position:
Sales or Marketing Diploma or a higher qualifaction.
Strong computer skills, including an advanced knowledge of Office products.
Experience of working with a CRM system.
Good working knowledge of Web Design and Maintenance especially using WordPress.
Proficiency in digital marketing via such platforms as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter.
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and to properly prioritise projects and simultaneous deadlines.
Motivation to work on own initiatives to grow sales and convert customers.
Flexibility to work varying hours depending on the daily commitments.
Full, clean driving licence.
Fluency in English.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining, updating and generally be responsible for the management of our website. This would include adding posts, new products, press releases etc.
Working with our CRM system, data cleansing and updating, creating reports etc.
Using the CRM Data base to generate mail shots to our various industry categories on a weekly basis and analysing impact of same.
Generating leads for prospective customers using the Web, Industry Forums, Networking Groups, Social Media platforms and using our CRM system.
Design and administration of all the companies Social Media campaigns to the various platforms, reporting on these and their effectiveness.
Grow and manage brand social media engagement and maintain a strong brand identity across social media channels. Ensure relevant, engaging content is delivered.
Field sales, calling into existing and new prospect customers within a specified area based around Dublin and surrounding counties.
Analysing sales trends and producing reports to present to management.
