Illbruck OT015 High Tack Membrane Adhesive
OT015 is a high tack adhesive which is used for bonding ME220 Elastomeric EPDM Membrane to itself & to typical construction substrates such as aluminium, metal, zinc plated metal, wood, PVC-U, and other non-porous materials.
Usage/Purpose
Ideal for bonding of ME220 EPDM membranes in facade installations
Cured adhesive has excellent resistance to weathering and the ageing effects of UV exposure
Adhesive accommodates a wide fluctuation in temperature from -20°C up to +80°C
Easy, clean, fast and precise application
Features:
Composition: A blend of synthetic rubber and resin;
System: Solvent evaporation;
Cure Rate (at 20°C) 2 – 4 mm /24 hours;
Dry Tack Time (at 20°C): Approx. 10 minutes;
Consumption: Approx. 200 – 300 g/m²;
Application Temperature+5°C to +35°C;
Service Temperature-20°C to +60°C;
StorageStore in dry shaded conditions between +5 °C and +30 °C;
Shelf Life 12 months when stored as recommended in original unopened packaging.
