Jowatherm 280.10/11

Jowatherm 280.10/11 is an unfilled EVA hotmelt that is particularly suitable for use on BAZ-type machines. Due to its very high cohesion and initial strength, it is advantageous for the processing of shaped panels. It can be used to process all standard edgings of ABS, PP, PVC, paper and veneer.

Processing temperature [°C]:  190 – 210
Appearance: final digit 0 = light beige
final digit 1 = white
Density at 20 °C [g/cm³]: approx. 1.03 ± 0.02 (Jowat test method)Softening range [°C]: approx. 100 ± 5 (Kofler bench)
Open time at 200 °C [s]:  approx. 9 ± 1 (Jowat test method)
