Fluid Research LC 50/LC120

The LC50FR and LC120FR positive displacement ratio metering, mixing, and dispensing machines have a color touchscreen interface to access equipment features. These units offer a wide range of configurable options and are capable of processing materials that have high mix ratios. Fluid Research’s proprietary positive displacement pump technology is uniquely capable of processing materials consisting of greatly differing viscosities and thixotropic two-part resin systems such as epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, adhesives, or potting compounds. This compact machine is simplistic in its format and flexible in its design to accommodate optional features to suit a wide range of resins and different application needs or process requirements. The LC50FR and LC120FR are robust entry-level meter, mix and dispense machines that provide an economical solution to inefficient, hazardous and messy hand weighing and mixing procedures.
