Pafra 8792- 1Kg ( Formerly ECT W2095)

Pafra 8792 is a fast setting, medium viscosity water resistant wood adhesive meeting the requirements of D3 durability class specification of DIN EN 204. It has good heat resistance, fulfilling the requirements for the shear resistance of these joints at higher temperatures according to DIN EN 14257.
Pafra 8792 is suitable for the lamination of paper foils, wood veneers and plastic laminate to chipboard, plywood, hardboard and MDF substrates, bonding kitchen work surfaces, window frames and general joinery. It is also suitable for a wide range of packaging fibre / board / paper bonding, and DIY/ craft applications. Not suitable for food contact materials. Pafra 8792 can be used with radio frequency equipment and exhibits a rapid increase in bond strength when pressed at temperatures of just 20 °C and higher temperatures between 50-100 °C.
The addition of A411 cross-linker can provide additional moisture resistance to meet the requirements of DIN EN 204 D4 for some external joining applications. The A411 should be added at a level of 5% to ECT Pafra 8792 and mixed in with a suitable mixer to ensure uniform blending. The pot life of the mixed adhesive is eight hours.
