Following the recent lockdown announcements, ECT Adhesives continues to remain open and operational as an essential service.
We have complied with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 and have taken all appropriate safety measures including stringent sanitising and social distancing for the welfare and protection of our staff, suppliers and customers.
Our delivery partners have full PPE equipment and will deliver contactless – they will not ask for signatures for orders but continue to record the persons name who takes in a delivery.
While some of our staff are continuing with remote home working, our warehouse remains operational for both delivery and collection purposes. Please note however if you are collecting an order, which has been placed and the collection of same agreed, we will require you to telephone the office upon arrival on site (01-885 00 00) and remain outside until a member of staff takes your order to the collection point. Please ensure that you are wearing a face mask/covering when collecting the order.
We want to reassure you that our staff are available over the phone or via video call to assist with any enquiries that you may have.
